Abstracts who want to be eligible for oral or poster presentation must submit a paper of 4 to 8 pages before March 10th, 2017; recommendation about oral or poster presentation will be communicated at the end of the first review process. The final decision about paper acceptance will be taken at the end of the review process. Note that only authors of accepted papers will be allowed for oral or poster presentation (“no paper, no podium”)

The schedule of the paper review process together with other general deadlines and commitments regarding ORC2017 are here reported.The conference proceedings will be published by Elsevier Energy Procedia including ISBN number, open access and connected to Scopus, Science Direct and others.
NOTE:
- All figures must have at least 300 DPI resolutions
- Be sure to embed the fonts when creating the PDF.
- DO NOT password protect your file
- After log on with your personal user account you can use the "Click for Paper Submission" in the User Area to submit your paper. Do not forget to click on "Finalize submission".
- After submission you will aways immediately receive a confirmation. If you don't please try once more or contact the conference secretariat
The review is based on scientific quality, significance, novelty and relevance to the conference topics. The first paper draft is due by the 10th of March. Following the first round of the review process you will receive a notification before April 21st, 2017.
Papers that need additional revisions have to be re-submitted before May 14th 2017. The outcome of the second review process will be notified by June 12th, 2017. Following the notification, a preliminary program will be made available. A second round of revision can be possibly required, most probably to include minor corrections. The final paper, complying with the journal format and number of pages limitations (from 4 pages minimum to 8 pages maximum) must be uploaded by July 1st, 2017.

- A maximum of two platform presentations (oral and poster) by the same speaker will be accepted.
A special recommendation for authors presenting company work: please keep in mind that ORC2017 is a scientific/technical conference therefore advertisement must be avoided in the papers and during presentations. Ample space is reserved to company booths and presentations of commercial material can be given at the booths.
